Eligibility

The first step for an organization new to the O'Neill family has been to apply for eligibility--an introduction of your organization and its work to the Foundation and the O'Neill family. However, as announced on the home page, the eligibility process has been suspended and no organizations new to the foundation will be able to submit a request for a capacity building grant, pending the completion of the Foundation's review of all of its grantmaking in light of its new mission statement.
